Organize PDF Pages

Runs on your device. Nothing is sent.

Choose a PDF or drop it here

One PDF file, any size your device can open

Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and form fields keep working.

Reorder, delete, rotate, duplicate and add blank pages to a PDF, or extract selected pages as a new file. Free, in your browser, no upload.

Organize PDF Pages shows every page of your PDF as a thumbnail so you can put them in the right order, delete the ones you don't need, rotate scans that came out sideways, duplicate a page, or add a blank page for double-sided printing. Select pages by tapping them or by typing a range such as 1-3, 7, then save the whole document or extract just the selected pages as a separate PDF. Everything happens in your browser: the file is never uploaded, and pages are copied rather than re-drawn, so quality stays exactly the same.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change the order of pages?
Drag a page to its new place. On a phone, press and hold a page for a moment, then drag it, or use the ‹ › buttons under each page. With a keyboard, focus a page and press Alt + arrow keys.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is opened and saved entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
Will the quality get worse?
No. Pages are copied from the original file, not turned into images, so text stays selectable and sharp. Links, annotations and form fields are kept; fields that were on a deleted page are removed with it. Bookmarks (the outline) are not carried over.
How do I add a blank page?
Hover over the gap between two pages, or tap the + between them on a touch screen. The blank page takes the size of the page before it, which is handy for double-sided printing.
Can I open a password-protected PDF?
Yes. Enter the password when asked; the saved PDF is locked again with the same password.
