Which size should Instagram grid tiles be?+−
Since early 2025 Instagram shows profile grids in a 3:4 shape instead of squares, so square tiles get cropped and the picture no longer lines up. This tool makes 1080 × 1440 px tiles by default, which fill the grid exactly. If you post in 4:5 (1080 × 1350), Instagram trims the top and bottom in the grid view, so keep important details away from those edges.
In which order do I post the tiles?+−
Start with number 1, which is the bottom-right tile, and go up to the highest number (top left). Instagram always shows the newest post first, at the top left, so the picture fills in from the bottom. Each file name carries its number, like photo-post-01.jpg.
How do I make a seamless carousel?+−
Choose Carousel, set how many slides you want and the shape (4:5 shows biggest in the feed), then drag and zoom to frame the picture. The slides are cut edge to edge, so the picture continues smoothly as people swipe. Upload them in order as one carousel post.
How do I print a large poster on A4 paper?+−
Choose Poster, pick the paper and how many sheets across, and download the PDF. Print it at 100% ("actual size", not "fit to page"). Each sheet has a margin with cut marks and repeats a strip of the picture where it meets the next sheet: trim one edge along the marks, lay it over its neighbour's overlap and glue. The tool shows the finished size and print resolution - above about 150 dpi looks sharp at arm's length.
Is my image uploaded?+−
No. The image is opened, cut and saved by your browser, and nothing is sent to a server - you can even use the page offline once it has loaded. Grid and tile-size output keeps the original pixels, and PNG output is lossless.
