Turn text into bold, italic, script, gothic, bubble and 22 more Unicode styles to copy into Instagram, TikTok, X or WhatsApp - with character counts.

Type once and get your text in 27 styles - bold, italic, script, gothic, double-struck, bubbles, squares, small caps, upside down, strikethrough and more - ready to copy into a bio, a username, a caption or a chat. These aren't fonts: they're real Unicode characters, so they keep their look wherever plain text can be pasted. Accents stay on their letters (é, ö, ç, ğ), the character count for each style is shown, and everything happens in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

How does a fancy text generator work?
Unicode, the standard behind all text on computers, contains whole extra alphabets that look like styled letters: mathematical bold and script letters, circled and squared letters, small capitals and more. The generator swaps each letter for its look-alike, so the result is plain text that you can paste anywhere, not formatting that disappears.
Where can I use it?
In Instagram and TikTok bios, X (Twitter) posts and names, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, YouTube comments and most other places that accept text. Some sites block them in real names (Facebook, for example), and some games and forms only accept ordinary letters.
Why do some styles show boxes or question marks?
The device reading the text has no font with those characters. Bold, italic, script and bubbles work on almost every phone and computer from the last few years; rarer ones like black bubbles or brackets can still show as boxes on older Android phones and Windows PCs. Check how it looks on the device your audience uses.
Does it work in my language?
Unicode only has these styled alphabets for Latin letters and digits, so text in Arabic, Persian, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Hindi stays as it is. Latin letters with accents work: é, ü, ç, ğ, ş, ø and the like are split into letter and accent and keep their accent after styling.
Is fancy text bad for accessibility or search?
It can be. Screen readers may read the letters one by one, call them "mathematical bold capital H", or skip them, and search engines and in-app search don't match them to normal words. Use them for decoration, and keep your name and important information in plain text.
Why is my character count higher on some sites?
Most styled letters sit outside Unicode's basic range, and some sites count each one as two characters. The count shown here is the number of characters as you see them, which Instagram and TikTok bios use; leave a little room on sites that count differently.
